The organic wastewater generated during the pharmaceutical process is the main source of pollution, accounting for 2% of the national wastewater discharge. The pharmaceutical industry wastewater mainly includes antibiotic wastewater, traditional Chinese medicine wastewater, and chemical pharmaceutical wastewater. The main pollutants contained in pharmaceutical industry wastewater include suspended solids (SS), chemical oxygen demand (COD), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N), cyanide, volatile phenols and other toxic and harmful substances. Unable to directly adopt biochemical treatment technology, Jiejing Energy uses MVR evaporator to treat pharmaceutical wastewater, recover waste salt, and reuse the condensed water generated.
The principle is to use a high-efficiency steam compressor to compress and evaporate the secondary steam generated by evaporation, convert electrical energy into heat energy, increase the enthalpy of the secondary steam, and inject the secondary steam with increased heat energy into the evaporation chamber for heating, in order to achieve the purpose of recycling the existing heat energy of the secondary steam without the need for external fresh steam, relying on the self circulation of the evaporator to achieve the purpose of evaporation and concentration. When the saturated concentrate treated by MVR evaporation meets certain conditions (saturation, viscosity, etc.), the PLC control system will issue instructions to the solid-liquid separator, the valve will automatically open, and the concentrate will flow into the crystallizer. The saturated concentrated solution is processed by a crystallizer to precipitate solids and achieve separation between solids and liquids. Ultimately, by recycling compressed, heated, and pressurized secondary steam, the recovery and utilization of useful substances in pharmaceutical industry wastewater and the "zero discharge" of pharmaceutical industry wastewater can be achieved.
Granules, traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations tablets, western medicine tablets and powders in the pharmaceutical industry have high requirements for temperature. Combining MVR evaporation technology and low-temperature multi effect technology, they can not only achieve energy conservation, but also maximize the characteristics of raw materials to meet customers' needs for industrial upgrading, energy conservation and emission reduction.
