The treatment of petrochemical wastewater has always been a global challenge due to its high concentration, difficulty in dissolution, and significant environmental pollution. With the continuous development of science, the treatment technology of petrochemical wastewater has gradually improved, and new treatment technologies and methods have emerged. The correct choice of petrochemical wastewater treatment process is related to the normal operation of sewage treatment and reuse equipment, and is also the key to achieving economic operation. Jiaqiang Machinery has conducted special research on petrochemical wastewater treatment process and proposed a new MVR evaporation and concentration equipment treatment concept.
The basic principle is to compress the secondary steam separated from the crystallizer through a compressor, which increases the temperature and pressure, increases the heat supply, and then enters the evaporator heating chamber to condense and release latent heat. The liquid on the heated side also receives heat and boils to vaporize, producing saturated gas (i.e. secondary steam). The secondary steam enters the compressor after passing through the separator, and the above process is repeated. This way, the latent heat of steam can be recovered and utilized to achieve energy conservation, while also eliminating the need for a cooling water system. In terms of petrochemical wastewater treatment, our company has successful cases and has in-depth research on wastewater treatment methods and experience. The energy-saving treatment equipment for petrochemical wastewater developed by Jiaqiang Machinery mainly adopts an integrated brand mounted movable structure, which can be easily moved between multiple projects and is extremely convenient for transportation.
