Garbage leachate causes oxygen deficiency in surface water bodies, deteriorates water quality, and seriously affects drinking water sources. As the storage age increases, fresh garbage gradually becomes stale garbage, with complex components and reduced biodegradability, making the treatment very difficult. Developing efficient, low-energy, and small footprint new treatment technologies has always been an important research topic in the treatment of leachate from garbage.
The MVR evaporation and concentration equipment for garbage leachate provided by Jiejing Energy retains most of the pollutants in the concentrated solution, thereby achieving efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly treatment effects. The specific process is as follows: the garbage leachate enters the preheater along the pipeline, and after preheating, it is introduced into the evaporator. In the evaporator, the garbage leachate will be heated, evaporated, and concentrated. Finally, the distilled water formed by the condensation of heating steam flows into the distilled water collection tank, while the secondary steam and concentrated liquid enter the gas-liquid separator together. In the gas-liquid separator, the concentrated liquid and secondary steam are separated. Finally, the concentrated liquid flows into the concentrated liquid collection tank, while the separated secondary steam is introduced into the mechanical compressor. In a mechanical steam compressor, the secondary steam is compressed, heated, and pressurized before being introduced into the evaporator, and then the leachate is heated, concentrated, evaporated, and distilled. Finally, by repeatedly recycling the secondary steam, the entire treatment process is completed, achieving the dual goals of garbage leachate treatment and energy conservation.
The garbage leachate MVR evaporation and concentration equipment provided by Jiejing Energy has been successfully applied and put into operation for more than two years, running stably and fully meeting the design requirements, achieving good operating results.
