1、 Working principle

This equipment operates under vacuum pressure reduction conditions, achieving low-temperature and efficient concentration by reducing the boiling point of the feed liquid. The material liquid is heated and evaporated in the main body of the concentrator. After removing the entrained liquid foam through the gas-liquid separator, the secondary steam enters the condenser for condensation and recovery. Non condensable gases are extracted by the vacuum system. The concentrated material can be discharged with the assistance of a mixer and flipping mechanism to ensure the smooth discharge of high concentration materials.

2、 Main features

·Low temperature concentration, quality assurance: Adopting vacuum depressurization concentration process, the concentration density can reach 1.4 or above, effectively retaining the effective components of thermosensitive materials and avoiding high-temperature damage.

·Suitable for high viscosity materials: Optional mixer and flip discharge mechanism are available, specifically designed to handle particularly viscous materials, ensuring smooth discharge and convenient operation.

·Corrosion resistant and clean, in compliance with GMP: The equipment and material contact parts are made of high-quality stainless steel, with excellent corrosion resistance and in compliance with GMP clean production standards.

·Versatile functions: In addition to concentration, it can also be used for alcohol recovery and simple reflux extraction, making it versatile.

3、 Application scope

This equipment is widely used in the liquid concentration process of pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries, especially suitable for low-temperature vacuum concentration of thermosensitive materials (such as traditional Chinese medicine extracts, fruit juice, dairy products, biological products) and high viscosity materials (such as extracts, syrups, enzyme preparations), and can be used as an auxiliary equipment for solvent recovery and reflux extraction.
