1、 Product Overview

Low temperature evaporator is a fully automatic vacuum evaporator that utilizes advanced heat pump technology, designed specifically for industrial wastewater reduction and resource utilization. The equipment operates under high vacuum (approximately -96KPa), with a stable evaporation temperature maintained at around 37 ℃, achieving true low-temperature evaporation. The processing capacity covers 1 ton to 50 tons/day, flexibly meeting the needs of small and medium-sized production lines. The whole machine adopts electric drive, which is clean and efficient, without secondary pollution.

2、 Working principle

The system is based on the coupling technology of heat pump cycle and vacuum evaporation. After entering the evaporation container made of SUS316L stainless steel, the wastewater is heated and evaporated through an immersion heat exchanger. The generated secondary steam enters the annular coil heat exchanger and exchanges heat with the refrigerant (environmentally friendly Freon R407c/R134a) driven by the main compressor. The steam condenses into distilled water, and the released heat energy is absorbed by the refrigerant and recycled back to heat the raw wastewater, achieving the recovery and utilization of latent heat. The entire process is fully automatically controlled by Siemens PLC and touch screen human-machine interface, ensuring stable and efficient operation.

3、 Main features

1. True low-temperature evaporation to protect thermosensitive materials: The vacuum degree is maintained at about -96KPa, and the evaporation temperature is only 37 ℃, effectively preventing the decomposition of thermosensitive substances and improving the water quality of the effluent.

2. Heat pump heat recovery, ultimate energy saving: utilizing the latent heat of steam condensation to preheat the original liquid, significantly reducing operating energy consumption compared to traditional evaporators, requiring only a small amount of electrical energy to drive the compressor.

3. Excellent material, durable: Both the evaporator container and condenser coil are made of SUS316L stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance and is suitable for complex industrial wastewater environments.

4. Fully automatic intelligent control: Siemens PLC control system, equipped with high-definition touch screen, real-time monitoring of operating data such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, etc., supporting unmanned operation. Optional remote wireless monitoring module to control device status anytime, anywhere.

5. Flexible expansion and combination process: It can work in conjunction with our activated carbon system to form a complete "evaporation+deep treatment" process chain, ensuring that the effluent meets the standard or is reused.
