一、working principle

The evaporated liquid is transported to the top of the heater through a circulation pump and evenly distributed to each heat exchange tube through a dedicated film distributor. The material flows downwards in a film like manner along the inner wall of the pipe under the action of gravity, evaporating while flowing. The generated secondary steam enters the separation chamber together with the concentrated liquid, and is filtered by the high-efficiency demister at the top to remove entrained bubbles, droplets, and impurities, providing a high-quality and clean secondary heat source for subsequent heat recovery.

二、Features of the equipment

1. High heat transfer efficiency

The material has a fast flow rate and uniform heating inside the tube, evaporating in a film like manner with a high heat transfer coefficient, effectively preventing dry wall and coking phenomena.

2. Low temperature evaporation with short residence time

Adopting vacuum low-temperature evaporation concentration and continuous feeding and discharging design, the material heating time is short, and the color, aroma, taste, and effective ingredients of thermosensitive materials are maximally retained.

3. Energy saving design adaptation

Specially suitable for MVR (mechanical vapor compression) and TVR (thermal vapor compression) energy-saving systems. Low evaporation temperature difference can significantly reduce electricity and steam consumption. When utilizing low-temperature waste heat evaporation, the falling film design can accommodate more efficiency and further reduce energy consumption.

4. Flexible combination design

Circulating evaporation: For slightly scaled materials, a circulating falling film design is adopted, which is more energy-efficient than forced circulation.

Straight through design: For thermal sensitive materials, a straight through falling film design is adopted to shorten the residence time and reduce pump energy consumption.

Combination design: It can combine two forms of falling film and forced circulation for the treatment of easily scaling materials and continuous crystallization systems.

5. Fully automated control

A fully configurable automation system enables automatic control of feed rate, heating temperature, and discharge concentration.

Food fermentation: concentration of aqueous solutions such as glucose, starch sugar, oligosaccharides, maltose, sorbitol, fresh milk, fruit juice, maltodextrin, etc.

Pharmaceutical extraction: concentration of thermosensitive materials such as vitamin C, traditional Chinese medicine extract, and biological fermentation broth.

Environmental treatment category: waste liquid treatment of industries such as monosodium glutamate wastewater, alcohol waste liquid, fish meal wastewater, etc.
