



1、 Working principle
The waste heat utilization evaporator is an evaporation device that utilizes liquid or vapor waste heat. The waste heat utilization evaporator can utilize the sensible heat of materials or obtain flash evaporation to utilize their latent heat; Steam waste heat can be directly utilized for its latent heat.
According to the degree of waste heat utilization, the waste heat evaporator can use less or even no steam, greatly reducing the operating costs of the evaporator and the energy consumption of the factory.
2、 Main features
1. The waste heat utilization evaporator mainly utilizes the waste heat generated in the drying process as the heating source for the concentration evaporation process.
2. When utilizing waste heat, there may be some dust in the waste heat. For such dust, it must be completely removed by wet washing before use. If the dust is not completely removed and directly supplied to the concentration equipment (outer wall of the heat exchange tube) for heat exchange, it will cause serious pollution.
3. Compared with multi effect evaporators, the installation time of waste heat evaporators is 2.5-3 times that of multi effect evaporators, and the equipment investment amount is also larger. However, in the case of sufficient waste heat, external steam is not needed, which can save a lot of energy consumption costs. At the same time, waste heat is no longer directly discharged into the air, which is also a form of environmental protection.
4. When using waste heat, in order to use it safely and effectively, it is necessary to fully grasp the conditions of waste heat, such as waste heat flow rate, waste heat air content, wet bulb temperature, dry bulb temperature, air pressure, etc.
5. If the water vapor content of waste heat is high when utilizing waste heat, the equipment investment of the waste heat utilization evaporator will be relatively low. Conversely, if the water vapor content is low, the recoverable heat of waste heat will be less, and the equipment investment amount of the waste heat recovery evaporator will also increase.
6. In the waste heat evaporator, if the waste heat source used is relatively clean, there is no need for a waste gas scrubbing tower.
3、 Application scope
Waste heat utilization evaporators are commonly used in factories such as chemical, light industry, and food industries. This is based on the fact that factories in chemical, light industry, food and other industries always generate a certain amount of low-quality waste heat during the production process.
For example, superheated steam from power plants, high-temperature waste steam emitted from process production, high-temperature exhaust gas from drying equipment, high-temperature flue gas from boilers, high-temperature chemical wastewater, high-temperature secondary steam, etc.
The waste heat utilization evaporator needs to be applied to the evaporation system through reasonable design.
