1、 Working principle

The scraper film evaporator consists of a heating cylinder and a high-speed rotating rotor scraper inside. After the material enters the equipment, it is uniformly applied by the scraper under the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor, and a very thin liquid film is forcibly formed along the inner wall of the cylinder, which is the core of "scraping thin evaporation".

The thin film form greatly optimizes heat and mass transfer efficiency. At the same time, under the action of the vacuum system, the internal flow field of the equipment is mainly composed of gas, and secondary steam quickly flows out, greatly reducing the system resistance. Cooperate with the condensation system and vacuum system to achieve efficient evaporation and separation of materials under vacuum and low temperature conditions.

2、 Main features

Extreme vacuum, true low-temperature evaporation: The minimum vacuum degree can reach -0.098Mpa, significantly reducing the boiling point of the material. Truly achieving low-temperature evaporation, completely avoiding the decomposition, polymerization, and deterioration of heat sensitive materials at high temperatures, ensuring product activity and quality.

Forced film formation, ultra-high heat transfer coefficient: Scraper forced film formation technology completely eliminates the static pressure difference of materials, and the temperature difference at the gas-liquid interface is extremely small. The total heat transfer coefficient is as high as 7000KJ/㎡·℃, far exceeding traditional falling film evaporators, and the evaporation efficiency is doubled.

Eliminating resistance and optimizing design: The main body is gas, combined with vacuum suction, greatly reducing the internal resistance of the equipment. The aspect ratio design is no longer constrained by resistance reduction and can be flexibly optimized according to working conditions, with strong adaptability.

Energy saving and consumption reducing, strong compatibility: Low temperature operating conditions can fully utilize low-grade steam (waste heat steam), significantly reducing operating costs. It can be designed as a single effect task, perfectly adapted as the final effect of multi effect evaporation, or combined with MVR technology to achieve ultimate energy saving.

3、 Application scope

Thermally sensitive materials: suitable for concentrating materials that are easily damaged at high temperatures, such as food, pharmaceuticals, natural extracts, and biologics.

High value-added products: suitable for fine chemical and polymer materials that need to maintain their original color, aroma, and activity.

Multi effect evaporation final effect: As the core end of the multi effect evaporation system, it processes high concentration and high viscosity final products.

Wastewater treatment and solvent recovery: suitable for industrial wastewater concentration and organic solvent recovery and purification.
