Product Description:
The steam low-temperature crystallizer is a fully automatic modular evaporation device that operates in a cycle of "feed evaporation crystallization drying discharge". The main body of the equipment is a partitioned vacuum heat exchanger, and high concentration saline wastewater is boiled and evaporated at a low temperature of approximately 45 ℃ under vacuum negative pressure conditions. After water analysis, it is condensed into pure distilled recovered water, and pollutants are concentrated and crystallized, ultimately forming a dried solid residue with a moisture content of about 5%, which is automatically discharged.

一、 Working principle

The steam low-temperature crystallizer is a fully automatic modular evaporation device that operates in a cycle of "feed evaporation crystallization drying discharge". The main body of the equipment is a partitioned vacuum heat exchanger, and high concentration saline wastewater is boiled and evaporated at a low temperature of approximately 45 ℃ under vacuum negative pressure conditions. After water analysis, it is condensed into pure distilled recovered water, and pollutants are concentrated and crystallized, ultimately forming a dried solid residue with a moisture content of about 5%, which is automatically discharged.

二、 Workflow

Feed metering: The waste liquid flows into the metering water tank under the action of gravity, and when the vacuum reaches the set value, the valve is automatically opened to suck it into the kettle tank, completing the liquid feeding and metering.

Heating and evaporation: Open the steam valve, heat the waste liquid through the jacket, and evaporate the water by low-temperature boiling in a vacuum environment.

Mixing and anti caking: The specially designed mixing/scraping mechanism operates continuously to prevent material from clumping and maintain efficient heat exchange.

Condensation recovery: The evaporated water vapor is condensed by a condenser and becomes clean distilled recovery water, which is stored in the recovery water tank.

Automatic slag discharge: After setting the cooking cycle and batch, the residue in the kettle is automatically discharged through the stirring device, completing the entire cycle.

三、 Main configuration

Boiling chamber material: SUS316L stainless steel or special alloy

Built in scraper: driven by a gear motor, continuously cleans dirt and improves concentration

Heat exchange system: jacketed heat exchanger (not in contact with the inlet pipe)+heat exchanger condensation

Vacuum system: complete vacuum circuit with pump

Automatic control: with foam detector and automatic defoaming circuit

Automatic cleaning: The evaporator is equipped with an automatic cleaning system inside to ensure long-term continuous use

Humanized design: Machine installed paneling reduces noise and optimizes heat resistance

四、Typical applications

Adhesive crystallization fluid: high viscosity crystallization prone waste liquid

High salt wastewater: reverse osmosis concentrated water, saline water, high salt organic waste liquid

Industry specific wastewater: printing ink wastewater, pharmaceutical intermediate wastewater, electroplating wastewater

Complex component waste liquid: containing surfactants and easily foaming materials

Zero emission system: End crystallization drying unit
