一、 working principle

二、 structural characteristics

Multi effect evaporators can adopt forms such as forced circulation, natural circulation, falling film, rising film, plate evaporator, etc. For different materials, suitable evaporation equipment should be selected and designed according to their characteristics such as solubility, viscosity, foaming ability, hardness, etc., to achieve the lowest operating cost and minimum one-time investment for the entire evaporation system.

Among various evaporation devices, membrane evaporators have high heat transfer coefficients and low operating costs, but their applicability is relatively narrow; Natural circulation evaporators require a large heat transfer temperature difference, but their operating costs are lower than those of forced circulation evaporators; The application range of forced circulation evaporator is relatively wide, but the operating cost is high and the one-time investment is relatively large.

The process of multi effect evaporation can have flexible operating procedures such as forward flow, reverse flow, advection, and cross flow.
